Pitbullmillerfamily Guarantees your new pup/dog to have been recently wormed,
and to be current on his/her vaccinations. Pitbullmillerfamily Guarantees pup/dog
to be free of: Distemper, Adenovirus, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus, Leptospira,
Coronavirus, or other life threatening genetic defects.

The “Buyer” agrees to have pup/dog examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours
of transfer. If at that time the pup is found to have any of the above mentioned illnesses, Pitbullmillerfamily will replace the pup provided the condition is serious in the opinion of
2 qualified Veterinarians, at least 1 of which Pitbullmillerfamily agrees on. The pup, the registration papers and the Veterinarian's diagnosis must be received by Pitbullmillerfamily before the pup will be replaced. You are buying a top of the line canine and this will not
apply to you – But, for your peace of mind, not only will we replace the pup,
we will pay the shipping charges both ways.

BE IT AGREED

The "Buyer's" intention is to furnish a clean and healthy home, with plenty of healthy food, fresh water and protection from extreme hot and cold weather. Companion dog, Conformation Show or Weight Puller - only the best of care will do! If you can no longer
keep our pup/dog, we will happily take it back at any age, and find it a good home. *If neighborhood kids are taunting or teasing your pup/dog, STOP IT QUICK! If you do not feel comfortable talking to their parents or to the police, call or email me - I will.

Pups are required to be paid in full prior to 8 weeks of age. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposit may be applied toward another pup/dog or future litter if we are notified prior to puppy reaching 8 weeks of age. Keep in touch. We understand that things pop up unexpectedly. We will be happy to work with you to get your new pup/dog.
